These three different and unique off-grid designs are ready to build on the beach of Playa Palmeras. They are completely turn-key. You just need to provide your furniture and some appliances and move in!
From your purchase online to moving into your new Beach House there are no hidden costs, fees or taxes to be paid. The price shown on this website is your final price in USD (if no change orders are applied) to build and own your Beach House on your new property in the Gulf of Mexico. You can also add one of three an optional upgrade packages for each design as well. We believe that one of these designs and optional packages will work best for you but if you would prefer a different design, we would be happy to discuss it with you.
